We encourage all club members to participate. No partner? No problem, we will try to find one for you!

Categories are:

• Men’s Singles A & B
• Men’s Doubles A & B
• Ladies Singles & Doubles
• Mixed Doubles

Players on the Intercounty A or B rosters are not eligible to play in Men's singles B or Men's doubles B categories.

Dates & Times

• Weekdays: September 8 - 12, 7PM to 10PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: September 16 & 18, 7PM to 10PM
• Weekend: September 13 & 14, 9AM to 2PM

Entry deadline: Friday, August 29, 2025

Draws will be posted by September 5, 2025. To have a viable draw, minimum 8 teams/entries are required for each draw. All participants must be available for all dates of the tournament. Please be prepared to play a second match right after, if you win the first round.

Tournament Rules

• Maximum 10 minutes warm-up.
• Each match will consist of a pro-set of 8 games with a margin of 2 to win. In case of 8 games each, a regular tie-breaker will decide the winner.
• Club will provide new tennis balls.
• Finals will be the best of 3 sets.
• If you are late by 15 minutes, the other team/member will win by default.
• The Tournament Director can default a team/player if match is not played within allotted time.

Note: On tournament dates and times, courts will not be available for members to book.
